We employ different techniques from unincorporated joint ventures based on land valuation and development valuation to formation of JV subsidiary companies. With our expertise in creating feasibility studies and simulations that help partners realize the true potential of their property. J&M Properties has diverse range of joint ventures from fuel stations to commercial midrise developments which centers in Metro Manila area. The many developments we have entered into is a testament of our reliability and trustworthiness as a partner in the various agreements we have entered.
Site Feasibility and Development Consultancy
This involves creating proposed best use of sites taking into consideration the technical, aesthetic, legal and financial constraints for the property type. J&M uses a focus team based approach for these to be able to recommend the development scheme that would be the best in terms of aesthetics, practicality and timeliness for our clients.
Property Management
Property management includes acquisition, leasing, improving and resale of strategic properties and maximize their inherent value. We manage commercial arcades, mixed development commercial compounds, industrial estates, warehouses to Residential properties for resale. Selected assets being managed byt the property include the Las Pinas Warehouse, Pasig warehouse, Barangay Mamplasan Direct Sales and CMP Program, Eastern Gas Station in Tacloban City, Eastern Subic Gateway.
